J’ai passé plus de deux mois (de février à avril 2025) au Costa Rica où j’ai réalisé une « ethnographie intensive » dans le plus grand jardin botanique d’Amérique centrale et latine, le Jardin botanique de Lankester. Ce jardin botanique de 11 hectares est propriété de l’Université du Costa Rica et comporte, en son sein, un centre de recherche de pointe. ***

I spent two months in Costa Rica (from Feb to April 2025), where I carried out ‘intensive ethnographic fieldwork’ at the largest botanical garden in Central and Latin America, the Lankester Botanical Garden. This 11-hectare botanical garden is owned by the University of Costa Rica and houses a state-of-the-art research centre.
